Payment:
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), money orders, cash (at your own risk), and PayPal (verified accounts only).

Credit Cards:
Credit cards will only be charged at the time of shipment and will not be charged for out of stock or backordered items. For security against fraud, international credit card orders must be accompanied by the 3-digit security code and the phone number for the card issuing bank (both available on the back of the card). In some circumstances we may ask you to fax a photocopy of the front and back of the card, and a picture ID, before we process the order. These precautions are in place for the benefit of our customers.

Declined Cards:
If your credit card is declined for any reason, we will contact you by e-mail. We will try to process your card again within 24 hours and if it is declined a second time your order will be cancelled and there will be a $5 surcharge.

Money Orders:
We accept money orders as a courtesy. We recommend using a credit card for the best service. We will not ship an order until the money order clears, and we WILL NOT HOLD items. Money orders must be made out for the full amount INCLUDING SHIPPING. Money orders must be received within 12 business days or the order will be cancelled.

PayPal:
We only accept PayPal orders from VERIFIED ACCOUNTS. Orders from unverified accounts will be cancelled. When you checkout with the PayPal option, we will send a PayPal invoice to your registered e-mail address. The usual PayPal service charge will be added to your total. Payment must be made within 24 hours or the order will be cancelled.

Shipping:
All of our items are assigned a number of units based on their weight and size. 12"s - 7"s - Magazines are 1 unit in most cases, while 2xLp (double albums) - Books - T-shirts are usually 2 units. These units are visible in the extended information for each item and in your shopping cart. Our shipping rates are based on these units. We recommend ordering multiple items to get the most out of your mailman.

Shipping Costs:
At the present time we ship all of our packages through the US Postal Service. We find this to be the most economical way, especially for average orders (usually 1-3 items) and international orders.

Domestic:
US packages sent via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day arrival time) with delivery confirmation:
$7 for 1-3 items and $1 each additional item.

International:
International Packages sent Via USPS Airmail (4-7 day Arrival Time)
Europe-$15 for 1-3 items and $3 each additional item
Asia/South America/Australia/Africa- $18 for 1-3 items and $3 each additional item.

Return Policy:
Generally, returns are only accepted if the item is defective (i.e. cracked CD, defective pressing of record, etc.) Unfortunately slight cover wear sometimes occurs before we receive items from the manufacturers. We cannot accept returns based on slight packaging damage or aesthetic record wear. Any unopened items can be returned for a store credit to be used in exchange for the original items at the time of return. Disatisfaction based on the quality of the music should be directed to the artist. **You MUST contact us before sending returns.**

Grading:
95% percent of our stock is new (never left the store) and in mint/near mint condition. We do offer the occasaional used items and they will be marked accordingly.
